The Heart of Soma is designed for people of all ages. It brings socialisaton to Soma and gives a chance to be more active in art or educaton or entertainment in a modernistc way. It contains education rooms, exhibition hall, library, cinema and auditorium.
To not to block the view of people that walk on that axes, the nose of the building is lifed up and it also creates a great welcoming entrence.
The Heart of Soma is in relation with its surroundings. The building is connected with amphitheatre near it with its basement floor and produce a cafe and bookshop and toilet services to the people who come to amphitheatre.
The envelop of the building is made out of glass because of giving the feeling of
transparence between inside and outside. There is another curtain wall that covers the building which made out of high quality pvc panels in dimond shape.
